Shortly afterwards, I get a email from "system administrator" which says:

Ok, so i don't know if this fixed it but this is what i did:
i went to my Default SMTP Virtual Server, and changed the limitations in the properties box, which sure enough were set at a 2mb email limit, so i assume that was the problem, I also removed all other limitations. and then ran "gpupdate", i cant remember if that helps, but i did it anway, well i sent the email again after changes had been made, but before the gpupdate, and i got the same sysadmin message, but then i sent it again after the gpupdate, and i have had not sysadmin message, so i assume the gpupdate helped, or if no the limitations had propagated through the system naturally.
If anyone can give me some clarification on this matter i would be very greatfull.
Thanks marcus.[/quote]
